- We aim to post 2–3 new videos per week. Because this is done in our spare time, the schedule can be uneven—sometimes three videos in one day, then nothing for a few days. We still try to publish at least one new item every day when we can.

- You may request specific videos. We’ll do our best, but we can’t promise every request will be fulfilled; it depends on whether we can source the file.
